A peak of 21.6 million watched England secure their place in Sunday’s Euro 2024 final.

Wednesday’s clash against the Netherlands had an average audience of 19.6 million viewers between 8pm and 9:55pm across ITV1 and ITVX, with 12.7 million viewers watching the overall coverage between 6.30pm and 10.45pm/ a 64% share of viewing.

Kane equalized after the Netherlands took an early lead. Substitute Ollie Watkins scored the winner in the 90th minute.

Both ITV and the BBC will air Sunday’s final. 8.00pm Kick-off.

16.8 million watched England v Switzerland

A peak audience of 16.8 million people watched BBC One’s coverage of England’s victory over Switzerland last night.

The match was also streamed 8.9 million times across BBC iPlayer, the BBC Sport website and app and there was an average match audience of 13.6 million, resulting in a 77 % share.

ITV will broadcast England’s semi-final against the Netherlands on Wednesday Night. Kick-off 8.00pm.

Euro 2024 Quarter Finals – Live TV Coverage on BBC One & ITV1

The BBC and ITV have confirmed their quarter finals schedule for Euro 2024

Both channels will show a game on Friday and Saturday, and both will show a fixture at 5pm and 8pm.

The quarters start on ITV1 with host Germany taking on Spain from 5pm on Friday evening. This is followed by Portugal v France on BBC One at 8pm.

On Saturday, England take on Switzerland at 5pm on BBC One, while ITV airs the Netherlands clash with Turkiye from 8pm.

A peak audience of 13.1 million people watched BBC One’s live coverage of Denmark v England at Euro 2024 on Thursday evening.

The match was also streamed 5.6 million times across BBC iPlayer, the BBC Sport website and app and there was an average match audience of 11.2 million.

England’s next, and final group match, will air on ITV1 on Tuesday at 8.00pm.

15 million watched Serbia v England on the BBC

A peak audience of 15 million people watched England’s opener against Serbia in Euro 2024 last night.

The match was also streamed 3.5 million times on BBC iPlayer and there was an average audience of 10.5 million which resulted in a 60% share.

Scotland’s first group game of Euro 2024 peaked at 10.4 million viewers on ITV1 and ITVX. The Scot’s lost 5-1 to hosts Germany in the first game of the tournament on Friday night.
