Backlash France will take place this Saturday (4th May) at the LDLC Arena in Décines-Charpieu in Lyon Metropolis, France.
It will be the 19th Backlash event and will be WWE’s first PPV and livestreaming event to be held in France, and the first Backlash held outside of North America.
It will be shown live on TNT Sports Box Office in the UK and on Peacock in the United States. The event will also be streamed live on the WWE Network.
Five matches have been confirmed for the event so far including:
Cody Rhodes (c) vs. AJ Styles for the Undisputed WWE Title
Damian Priest (c) vs. Jey Uso for the World Heavyweight Title
Bayley (c) vs. Naomi vs. Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women’s Title
The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane) (c) vs. Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles
Randy Orton and Kevin Owens vs. The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga)
Friday Night SmackDown will also take place in France and will be shown live on TNT Sports 1 from 6.00pm on Friday evening.
American viewers can catch the show in its normal timeslot (on tape delay) at 8.00pm ET on Fox.
The action is live from 6.00pm on Saturday evening UK time on TNT Sports Box Office for £14.99.
BT TV customers can use their remote control to buy Backlash France. The event will be shown on channel 490.
TNT Sports customers on Sky or any Sky customer who bought any of our previous BT Sport/TNT Sports Box Office events can use their remote control to buy Backlash France.
Sky customers who are new to TNT Sports Box Office can register to buy Backlash France at TNT Sports Box Office.
The event will be shown on channel 490.
WWE Network
Backlash France will be shown live on the WWE Network, which costs UK fans £9.99 per month.
United State Viewers
U.S. fans can catch Backlash France from 1.00pm ET on Peacock – the television and streaming division of NBCUniversal.
