NXT Ring Announcer Alicia Taylor has been called up to the main roster.
From this Friday, Taylor will be the main ring announcer for WWE SmackDown. Mike Rome will replace Taylor in NXT.
After Tuesday night’s NXT ended, Shawn Michaels posted a video on socials confirming that Taylor is being called up to SmackDown.
He made the announcement in front of the NXT locker room and presented Taylor with an NXT championship belt.

Taylor was hired by WWE as a member of the NXT broadcast team in 2018.
