GB News presenter Simon McCoy has quit the news organisation.
The news comes on the day Eamonn Holmes announced he was joining the channel as a new presenter.
GB News CEO Angelos Frangopoulos told Metro.co.uk: “Simon is an outstanding broadcaster and we’re sorry to see him go.
“We remain open to ways we can work with him in future.”
Simon joined GB News after spending 18 years at the BBC. Simon had also worked at Thames News, before joining Sky in 1989.
