Dan Wootton gone from GB News

Dan Wootton is no longer employed by GB News.

He was suspended by the news company in September for not challenging Laurence Fox’s comments made about female journalist Ava Evans on his show Dan Wootton Tonight.

Fox was sacked in October, while Ofcom found that the show in question did break their rules.

Wootton – who joined GB News when the channel first launched in June 2021 – said: “I have left GB News to launch my own independent Outspoken platform which will from later this year feature a brand new daily news and opinion show that will NOT be regulated by the Ofcommunist censors.”
