Luisa Baldini is a former news correspondent for the BBC.
Luisa was a reporter for Breakfast, the BBC’s early morning news strand.
In 2005, Luisa reported live from Rome during the death and funeral of Pope John Paul II. Whilst at Breakfast, she covered the tragic events in Soham, following the disappearance of schoolgirls Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman.
Luisa has also presented the news bulletins on Breakfast.
Luisa joined the BBC from ITN where she was one of the nominees for the Royal Television Society’s Young Journalist of the Year, during her time at Channel 5 News.
