Bahrain Grand Prix 2024 – Live TV Coverage on Sky Sports, Highlights on Channel 4

Sky Sports F Your Home Of Formula One

The 2024 Formula One season gets underway this weekend at the Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir, Bahrain.

The Grand Prix takes place on a Saturday becoming the first Formula One World Championship Grand Prix season opener race to start on a Saturday since the 1982 South African Grand Prix.

The event was set for Saturday to comply with regulations that require a minimum of one week between Grands Prix, as the following Saudi Arabian Grand Prix will take place on 9 March.

The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix was moved a day forward to avoid a conflict with Ramadan, which begins on 10 March.

All 24 races of the 2024 season will be shown live on Sky Sports F1 with highlights on Channel 4. The free-to-air channel will also have live coverage of the British Grand Prix in July.

There will be six Sprint weekends – the Chinese, Miami, Austrian, United States, Sao Paulo and Qatar Grands Prix. Full schedule below.
