WWE Ring Announcer Samantha Irvin has announced she is leaving the company.

In a statement posted on X on Monday afternoon, Irvin said: “WWE Universe, my time has come to an end as your Monday Night Raw Ring Announcer.

“I love you all tremendously and this does not mark the end of my art, I have a lifetime more to share. Thank you to every WWE fan who accepted me.”

The 35 year old was introduced to the WWE by WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry.

She originally auditioned at the WWE Performance Center to be a wrestler, but was unsuccessful.

In April 2021, she was hired by WWE as the ring announcer for WWE 205 Live on Peacock. Irvin went on to serve as a ring announcer for WWE NXT.

In January 2022, she was promoted to being the ring announcer for WWE SmackDown on FOX, and In February 2023, she moved to being the ring announcer for WWE Raw on the USA Network.

She is engaged to professional wrestler Ricochet, who left WWE for AEW earlier this year.
