The 2023 MLB World Series gets underway tonight as the Texas Rangers host the Arizona Diamondbacks.
This will be the 119th edition of the World Series and is a best-of-seven playoff.
The series will start on Friday 27th October 27, with a possible Game 7 scheduled for 4th November.
The games will be played at Globe Life Field in Texas and Chase Field in Arizona with the Rangers having the home-field advantage due to having a better regular season record than the Diamondbacks.
The series will air live on Fox in the States with Joe Davis as the lead commentator.
In the UK, the whole series will air live on TNT Sports, while game one will be shown on the BBC iPlayer and BBC Website.
