England v Argentina – Rugby World Cup 2023 – Live TV Coverage on ITV1

England take on Argentina in their opening fixture of World Cup 2023 this evening.

The Pool D match, held at Stade de Marseille in France, will be shown exclusively live on ITV.

The sides also met in the pool stage four years ago, when England recorded a 39-10 victory with the help of tries by six different scorers.

The victors went on to reach the final, where they were defeated by South Africa, while the Pumas missed out on a place in the knockout stage.

Mark Pougatch will be live on ITV1 and ITV1 HD from 7.10pm, where he will be joined in the studio by Jonny Wilkinson, Clive Woodward and Lawrence Dallaglio.

Match commentary comes from Nick Mullins and Ben Kay with reports from Jill Douglas and Ugo Monye.

Kick-off 8.00pm.

ITV will broadcast every match of the 2023 World Cup including the semis and final on 28th October 2023.
