Ben Shephard is a presenter on Good Morning Britain
He’s been a familiar face on ITV. Joining the channel in 2000, Ben fronted GMTV for 10 years, as well as presenting popular entertainment shows The Xtra Factor and more recently, Tipping Point. Ben has also hosted Sky Sports Champions League, Goals on Sunday and League Cup coverage.
An accomplished broadcaster, Ben has interviewed the great and good from the world of politics, entertainment and sport, including Prime Minister David Cameron and former Prime Minister Gordon Brown, global superstars including Madonna and Angelina Jolie and sportsmen such as Fabio Capello, Steven Gerrard and the England Rugby Team.
Ben is also a keen sportsman having completed 14 marathons, climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and ran coast to coast for charity in both 2009 and 2011.
He lives in South West London with his wife Annie and his sons Samuel (born May 2005), and Jack (2007)
