NBC News correspondent, Savannah Guthrie, has given birth to a baby girl
Vale Guthrie Feldman was born early on Wednesday morning and weighed in at 8.5lbs, and measured 19.5 inches long.
Savannah tweeted: “My 3am wake up call sounds a lot different now. Sweeter… ”
The ‘Today’ co-anchor announced in March that she had married Mike Feldman and the pair were expecting their first baby in the summer.
Matt Lauer said: “Vale Guthrie Feldman is here! Savannah and Mike have a beautiful (and smart!) little girl! So much joy and excitement. We love her already!”
