Sky Sports has announced their final day of televised Premier League football fixtures for this season.

Survival Sunday will start at 3pm on Sky Sports HD1 with champions Manchester United taking on Blackpool.

From 4pm, Sky Sports HD2 will show Tottenham v Birmingham and behind the red button on HD1 Stoke host Wigan.

The other fixtures on the final day are:

Aston Villa v Liverpool
Bolton v Man City
Everton v Chelsea
Fulham v Arsenal
Newcastle v West Brom
West Ham v Sunderland
Wolverhampton v Blackburn

The bottom of the table going into the final day looks like this:

14 Sunderland -14 44
15 Blackburn -14 40
16 Wolverhampton -19 40
17 Birmingham -20 39
18 Blackpool -21 39
19 Wigan -22 39
R West Ham -24 33

Two teams, either Blackburn, Wolves, Birmingham, Blackpool or Wigan will join relegated West Ham and play in the npower championship next season.

All games kick off this Sunday at 4pm.
