The first batch of Premier League 2013/14 fixtures to be broadcast live on TV will be announced this Monday (8 July)
BT & Sky Sports announce LIVE TV Premier League fixtures for 2013/14
BT Sport and Sky Sports are likely to announce the first three months of fixtures – which usually include every team playing at least twice on TV.
In the last round of Premier League TV rights, BSkyB were awarded five packages totaling 116 matches a season, while BT won the rights to the other two packages – consisting of 38 matches per season for three years.
BT won package A, which will air mainly on Saturday’s at 12.45pm, and package G which will be broadcast on Bank Holidays and midweek.
Sky won packages B, C, D, E and F, and will air on Saturdays at 5.30pm, on Super Sunday at 1pm and 4pm and on the Monday Night Football at 8pm.
The new Premier League season starts on Saturday 17 August 2013!
