Lilian Annette Garcia – born August 19, 1966 – is a former ring announcer for WWE.
Garcia was born in the Panama Canal Zone. At three months old she went to Spain.
She then spent eight years of her life in Spain due to her Puerto Rican father’s employment with the American Embassy, and was educated on an American military base.
Garcia is fluent in English and Spanish.
She joined WWE in 1999 making her debut on the August 23, 1999, episode of Raw is War in Ames, Iowa. She left in 2009, but returned from 2011-2016. She has since made sporadic appearances.
