Sara Blizzard - Biography & Images
Sara Blizzard is the main weather forecaster for BBC East Midlands Today.
She began working on the programme in March 1999, when she came to the BBC from the cable channel Liverpool Live TV, where she had worked as a newsreader and reporter.
As well as her forecasts on East Midlands Today, Sara also presents the afternoon news bulletin on BBC ONE and the afternoon weather bulletins for four BBC Local Radio stations in the area – BBC Radios Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Lincolnshire – and the BBC Asian Network.
