Ed Conway, former Economics Editor at The Daily Telegraph, is to join Sky News this August.
Conway has been appointed to the newly created role of Economics Editor.
He will join Sky News’ business unit and will report on the latest news and analysis on the UK and global economy.
Sky News said: “The appointment comes at a time when the state of the economy is at the top of the news agenda and Ed’s reports will offer viewers an in-depth look on how it will directly impact their lives.”
Ed will work alongside Business Presenter Jeff Randall, City Editor Mark Kleinman, Business Correspondent Dharshini David and Business Presenter Joel Hills, and will contribute regularly on Jeff Randall Live.
