Sky News has today announced a new programme schedule beginning from Monday 14th October.

Kay Burley will host ‘Kay Burley@Breakfast’ airing from 7am to 9am Monday to Thursday.

The programme will come from Sky News’ Westminster studios, with a hard-hitting, news making breakfast news programme that will set the agenda for the day.

It follows ‘The Early Rundown’ which will be presented by Niall Paterson from 6am to 7am each weekday morning and gives early risers all they need to know to tackle the day.

Stephen Dixon and Gillian Joseph will continue to host the breakfast show, Friday to Sunday, from Sky Studios in Osterley in a slightly more relaxed style.

Sarah-Jane Mee, who has hosted Sky News Sunrise for the past three years, moves to the afternoon slot with the ‘Sarah-Jane Mee Show’ from 2pm to 5pm.

Sarah-Jane’s show will feature longer form interviews on topical issues and a Daily Debate.

“We are always looking to stay fresh and never stand still while the world changes around us so quickly,” said Cristina Nicolotti Squires, Sky News Director of Content.

“We’re living in exciting times and Kay, Sarah-Jane and Niall will all bring their own personal style and strengths to their new shows and I’m excited for them to get started at such a tumultuous time.”

All Out Politics, hosted by Adam Boulton, will continue from Westminster at 9am, along with the News Hour in Sky News studio at Osterley from 5pm hosted by Mark Austin.

The evening schedule, including Sky News at Ten and the Press Preview, will remain unchanged.
