James Anderson - Biography & Images
James Michael Anderson OBE – born 30 July 1982 – is an English international cricketer who plays for Lancashire County Cricket Club and the England cricket team.
He is also a part time cricket commentator for the BBC and Sky Sports.
Anderson was the first English bowler to reach 400, 500 and 600 wickets in Test matches.
As of June 2022 he is ranked 7th in the ICC Test Bowling Rankings, having previously reached the top position at various times between 2016 and 2018.
In July 2021, in the 2021 County Championship, Anderson took his 1,000th first-class wicket.
