Tomorrow night at 8PM on Sky News, Political Editor – Adam Boulton will host the debate titled “Monarch in the UK”. The programme will consist of Monarchists and Republicans discussing and debating the future and relevance of the British monarchy.

The debate will take place at Sky’s temporary studio outside Buckingham Palace.

John Ryley, Head of Sky News said –

“As the nation gets swept up in royal wedding mania we will be looking at the relevance of the royal family and whether they have a future in this country. Be prepared for some radical and very different opinions from our guests.”

Guests on the evening will include Dr David Starkey (Historian), Andrew Morton(Princess Diana’s biographer), and journalists Yasmin Alibhai- Brown and David Aaronovitch.

A twitter poll will run alongside the debate where tweeters can vote either #goroyal or #noroyal.
