Jo Brazier – the wife of Sky News presenter Colin Brazier – has died at the age of 55.
Jo, who was first diagnosed with third-stage breast cancer more than five years ago, was told in February 2018 that the disease had returned with terminal prognosis.
Colin, who has been off Sky News to take care of his wife and children since February, tweeted today: “Jo Brazier. Wife. Mother. Friend. Died peacefully July 6th 2018, aged 55.”
Jo was formerly Television News Editor for Reuters based in Hong Kong and Singapore, and later the Head of Foreign News at Sky News before becoming a full-time homemaker in 2002.
