Tom Cheshire named Sky’s new Asia Correspondent

Tom Cheshire Sky News Technology Correspondent

Sky News technology correspondent Tom Cheshire has been appointed Asia correspondent.

“Beyond excited to have been appointed @skynews Asia correspondent, based in Beijing,” said Tom

“I start in spring and I can’t wait.”

The news comes as Sky announce a string of correspondent changes including former CNN correspondent Diana Magnay joining Sky as Moscow Correspondent.

John Sparks will be moving to Africa, while Alex Crawford is set to head up a new bureau in Istanbul, Turkey.

No news yet on where Katie Stallard will end up or whether further changes are to come, but we will keep you updated!
