The debate over Trump’s state visit has arisen again after the President retweeted three anti-Muslim videos from a British far-right group on Wednesday morning.
The first tweet from Jayda Fransen, the deputy leader of Britain First, claims to show a Muslim migrant attacking a man on crutches. This was followed by two more videos of people Jayda claims to be Muslim.
Prime Minister Theresa May’s official spokesman said it was “wrong for the president to have done this”.
Trump then responded to the Prime Minister in the early hours of Thursday morning by tweeting: “don’t focus on me, focus on the destructive Radical Islamic Terrorism that is taking place within the United Kingdom. We are doing just fine!”
