The Ringer is reporting that Cole signed a new contract that will keep him as the voice of WWE for the foreseeable future.
Cole joined the WWE in 1997 after a nine year career with CBS Radio. Since then he has taken on many roles including backstage interviewer and announcer, working alongside the likes of Jim Ross, Jerry Lawler, Taz and JBL.
He was made vice president of announcing in 2020, and currently is the lead announcer on WWE Raw and PLE events alongside Pat McAfee.
