Sky News has promoted three journalists to “new roles” which it says prove its commitment to foreign news, home affairs and environmental issues.

Rachel Younger has been made home affairs correspondent, Lisa Holland has been made foreign affairs correspondent, and Robert Nisbet takes up the New role of environment correspondent.

Head of Sky News, Nick Pollard said: “All three correspondents are top class journalists and a real asset to Sky News. The introduction of the new roles illustrates our commitment to these specialist areas, particularly the environment which is fast becoming a major world issue.”
