Sky News has produced a documentary on the tenth anniversary of the 7/7 bombings in London.
The hour-long programme will air on Sky 1 and Sky News over the next week.
‘7/7 Ten Years On’ – is based on the survivors and the bereaved from Britain’s first suicide bombings on 7 July 2005.
On that morning, four men detonated four bombs, three in quick succession aboard London Underground trains across the city and, later, a fourth on a double-decker bus in Tavistock Square.
As well as the four bombers, 52 civilians were killed and over 700 more were injured in the attacks, the United Kingdom’s worst terrorist incident since the 1988 Lockerbie bombing.
The programme will first air on Sky1 at 9pm tonight. Sky News will show the documentary on Friday 3 July (9pm), Saturday 4 July (4am), Sunday 5 July (3am), Sunday 5 July (9pm) and Tuesday 7 July (9pm).
