Sky Sports will broadcast live Carabao Cup action this evening as the third-round ties in this season’s competition continue.

Liverpool, top of the Premier League after six wins out of six, play at League One MK Dons in the first meeting between the sides.

MK Dons have issues with a number of players potentially missing through injury. Rhys Healey, Baily Cargill, Joe Mason, Jordan Moore-Taylor and Ben Reeves are all injury doubts for the hosts.

Liverpool will be without Xherdan Shaqiri, who misses out with a knock picked up in training on Monday, but Naby Keita is fit again to make his first appearance of the season after shaking off a hip problem.

The match will be shown live on Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports Main Event from 7.30pm with live streaming via Sky Go and Now TV.

Kick-off 7.45pm

Highlights of all third round ties will be shown on free-to-air channel, Quest, from 10.30pm on Wednesday night.

The fourth round draw will take place live on Sky Sports following the conclusion of MK Dons v Liverpool.
