Six Nations 2018 comes to a close today as the final round of fixtures take place.

ITV will broadcast two matches, while the BBC airs the final one.

The action begins with Scotland’s visit to Italy at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.

The visitors have the upper hand in recent Six Nations meetings with the Azzurri, winning the past two matches including a thumping 29-0 victory in last year’s tournament.

Stuart Hogg’s long-range penalty put the hosts ahead, before Finn Russell finished off heavy pressure to score.

Replacement Matt Scott touched down the second for a 15-0 lead, with Italy’s Carlo Canna missing three penalties in an error-strewn display.

Coverage begins at 12.00pm on ITV, where Jill Douglas is joined in the studio by Ian McGeechan, Jim Hamilton and Ugo Monye.

Pitchside reports come from Maggie Alphonsi and Marco Bortolami, with match commentary from Martin Gillingham, Scott Hastings and Ben Kay.

Kick-off 12.30pm.
