Just two games in Euro 2020 will take place today – both live on ITV.
Coverage starts at 4.00pm with Hungary and Portugal’s opening match in Group F.
The match will take place live at the Puskas Arena in Budapest as Cristiano Ronaldo and the current holders get their title defence under way.
Both teams will see victory here as vital to their chances, with this group also containing Germany and world champions France.
These sides shared a six-goal thriller during Euro 2016, with Ronaldo and Balazs Dzsudzsak both scoring twice in a 3-3 draw during the group stage.
That result meant Portugal sneaked through to the last 16 having drawn all three of their matches, but they made the most of their opportunity and went all the way, defeating hosts France in the final to lift the trophy for the first time.
That tournament was Hungary’s first appearance since 1972, and they qualified once again via the play-offs in late 2020, overcoming Bulgaria and Iceland to book their place at the finals.
Match commentary comes from Joe Speight and John Hartson.
ITV will then show one of the biggest fixture of the group stage – France v Germany – from 7.10pm.
