The BBC and ITV will broadcast live coverage of the Euro 2016 final this evening!
The match, between Portugal and France, comes from the Stade de France, as the 24-team tournament draws to a close.
The event began in this stadium exactly one month ago, with Didier Deschamps’ host nation overcoming Romania 2-1 thanks to a wonder-strike from West Ham United’s Dimitri Payet.
France would top their group before defeating Republic of Ireland, Iceland and Germany in the knockout rounds.
They now face a Portuguese side that did not actually win a match within 90 minutes until the semi-finals, when they ended the fairytale run of Wales with a 2-0 victory thanks to goals by Cristiano Ronaldo and Nani.
Coverage starts at 7pm on BBC One and ITV – Kick-off 8.00pm.
Mark Pougatch will be joined on ITV by Ryan Giggs, Roy Keane, Ian Wright and Lee Dixon, with reports from Jacqui Oatley, Emmanuel Petit and Christian Karembeu.
Match commentary comes from Clive Tyldesley and Glenn Hoddle.
Gary Lineker will front the BBC’s coverage.
