UEFA Under-21 Championship 2019

Croatia take on England in UEFA Under-21 Championship this evening as both teams played their third and final Group C match, which comes from San Marino Stadium.

Both teams have suffered two defeats to date. England were beaten 2-1 by France and 4-2 by Romania, all six of the goals they conceded coming in the last 15 minutes.

Croatia, however, went down 4-1 against Romania and 1-0 against France.

The winners of this match will finish third in the section; should it end in a draw, England would take third place on goal difference.

England have won both competitive matches between the sides 2-1, those games coming in the play-offs for the 2015 final tournament. Harry Kane was on target in the first in Wolverhampton as the home side came from behind to win in October 2014; four days later, Will Hughes got England’s winner in Vinkovci, Croatia bowing out despite Marko Livaja finding the net in each game.

Tonight’s match will be shown live on Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports Main Event from 7.30pm with live streaming via Now TV and Sky Go.

Kick-off 8.00pm

Sky will also show France v Romania on Sky Sports Premier League from 7.55pm tonight. Kick-off 8.00pm.
