The British Grand Prix takes place this weekend as the 2017 Formula One season continues.
This will be the 10th round of the season, which takes place at Silverstone, and will be shown live on Channel 4 and Sky Sports F1.
Mercedes driver and home favourite Lewis Hamilton has been victorious at this race for the past three years in succession, and the thousands in attendance will be hoping he can make it four in a row here.
That would move the Brit level with Jim Clark and Alain Prost as the joint most successful driver in the race’s history with five wins overall.
But It’s the Ferrari driver, Sebastian Vettel, who leads this season’s Drivers’ championship by 20 points over Hamilton, and 35 point ahead of third-place man Valtteri Botas.
All five sessions – practices, qualifying and the race – will be shown live on Channel 4 and Sky Sports F1. Qualifying starts at 1pm on Saturday afternoon, and the race goes off at 1pm on Sunday afternoon.
