The BBC will broadcast live coverage of the Wimbledon ladies’ singles final on day 12 at the All England Club, as Angelique Kerber faces Serena Williams.
The match is a repeat of the 2016 final, which saw Williams win 7-5, 6-3 to claim her seventh singles title here, with Kerber unable to add a Wimbledon triumph to her victory in the French Open, though further Grand Slam glory was to come for her that year at Flushing Meadows.
Despite entering the tournament ranked a lowly 181 following her hiatus due to the birth of her first child, Williams has justified the organisers’ decision to seed her by dropping just one set in the tournament, while Kerber has matched that achievement as she looks to prevail here for the first time.
Coverage starts at 1.15pm on BBC One and BBC One HD, where Sue Barker presents.
The match will start at the conclusion of the men’s semi-final between Novak Djokovic and Rafa Nadal, but not before 2pm, and will also be streamed live via the BBC iPlayer.
Highlights will be shown on ‘Today at Wimbledon’ from 10.50pm on BBC One.
