The road to Super Bowl LII hits its final intersection this Sunday as the AFC and NFC Championship games take place.

The winners will book themselves a place in the biggest sporting event of the year, Super Bowl 52.

Both games will be shown live on Sky Sports Action, with the AFC game also airing on Sky Sports Mix – making the game available to all Sky customers.

The AFC tie sees the defending Super Bowl champions New England Patriots host Jacksonville Jaguars at Gillette Stadium.

The match kicks-off at 8.05pm GMT, and will be shown on CBS in the States from 3.05pm ET.

Jim Nantz and Tony Romo will call the action with Tracy Wolfson and Evan Washburn on the sidelines. Clete Blakeman will officiate the game.

The second game comes from Lincoln Financial Field as the Philadelphia Eagles take on Minnesota Vikings in the NFC Championship Game.

This tie kicks-off at 11.40pm GMT and will be shown on Fox in the states from 6.40pm ET.

Joe Buck and Troy Aikman will provide match commentary, while Erin Andrews and Chris Myers reports from the sidelines. The referee is Ed Hochuli.

Super Bowl LII takes place on Sunday 4th February 2018 and will be shown live on the BBC, Sky Sports and NBC in the States.
