BBC Match of the Day - 60 Years

The running order for tonight’s Boxing Day Match of the Day is as follows:

1: Liverpool v Leicester City; 2: Chelsea v Fulham; 3: Newcastle United v Aston Villa; 4: Nottingham Forest v Tottenham Hotspur.

5: Wolves v Manchester United; 6: Manchester City v Everton; 7: Southampton v West Ham United; 8: Bournemouth v Crystal Palace.

Gary Lineker will be live on BBC One and BBC One HD from 10.40pm, where he will be joined in the studio by Alan Shearer and Joe Hart.

The programme will be repeated on the same channel from 9.00am on Friday morning.

Two more games will take place on Friday evening as Brighton & Hove Albion host Brentford from 7.30pm, and Ipswich Town travel to Arsenal at 8.15pm – both live on Amazon Prime Video.

The next round of Premier Leagues take place from Sunday with six games being played with highlights on Match of the Day from 10.30pm.

Another 3 will be held on Monday 30th December, and Brentford host Arsenal on Wednesday 1st January 2025.
