BBC Match of the Day running order on 5th October 2024

The running order for tonight’s Match of the Day is as follows:

1: Brentford v Wolves; 2: Manchester City v Fulham; 3: Arsenal v Southampton; 4: West Ham United v Ipswich Town.

5: Crystal Palace v Liverpool; 6: Leicester City v Bournemouth; 7: Everton v Newcastle United.

Gary Lineker will be live on BBC One and BBC One HD from 10.30pm, where he will be joined in the studio by Alan Shearer and Micah Richards.

The programme will be repeated on the same channel from 7.35am on Sunday morning, and will be made available on the BBC iPlayer from 7.00pm on Sunday Night.

Three games will take place on Sunday afternoon as Aston Villa host Manchester United at 2.00pm, and Tottenham Hotspur travel to Brighton & hove Albion from 4.30pm – both live on Sky Sports.

Chelsea host Nottingham Forest in a non-televised game from 2.00pm.

Highlights of all three games will air on BBC’s Match of the Day 2 at 10.30pm, Sunday night on BBC One.
