Liverpool will host Norwich City when the 2019/20 Premier League season gets underway on Friday 9th August 2019.

The match will be shown live on Sky Sports Friday Night Football (8pm), and will be the first of five matches to air on live TV in the opening weekend.

Manchester City travel to West Ham United on Saturday afternoon (12.30pm) – live on BT Sport.

Tottenham Hotspur host newly promoted Aston Villa from 5.30pm on Saturday evening live on Sky Sports.

And the first double-header Super Sunday sees Newcastle United host Arsenal (2.00pm), and Chelsea travel to Manchester United at 4.30pm.

More TV fixtures will be announced shortly, plus for the first time this season the Premier League will have a mid-season break. Five matches will be played on February 8 and the other five on February 15. That split will be confirmed in December when the broadcast picks are announced.
