Manchester City host Bristol City in the semi-final of Carabao Cup 2017/18 this evening.

This first-leg encounter takes place at the Etihad Stadium and will be shown exclusively live on Sky Sports.

The Robins claimed a shock 2-1 victory at home to Manchester United in the quarter-finals, but face an even tougher task this evening.

The Citizens, however, were taken to penalty shootouts in their previous two matches in the competition against Wolverhampton Wanderers and Premier League side Leicester City.

This will be the first meeting between these sides since Man City won a second round League Cup tie 2-1 at Ashton Gate in August 2007. Bristol City have eliminated four top-flight clubs so far in this year’s competition.

Coverage starts at 7.30pm on Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports Main Event. Kick-off 7.45pm.

The match will also be streamed live on Now TV and Sky Go.

Sky will also air the second semi-final tie as Chelsea host Arsenal at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday evening.

Channel 5 will show highlights of both games from 10.50pm on Wednesday night.
