The 2024 Open Championship will take place from 18-21 July 2024.

It will be the 152nd Open Championship, and the tenth Open Championship to be played at Royal Troon Golf Club in Troon, South Ayrshire, Scotland.

The last Men’s Open at Troon was in 2016, where Henrik Stenson won the event by three strokes for his only major title. Brian Harman returns as defending champion after last year’s impressive victory at Royal Liverpool.

Live on Sky Sports Golf – Highlights on BBC Two

Sky Sports will broadcast live coverage from 6.30am on Thursday and Friday until 9pm.

Day three coverage begins at 9am and runs through until after the action is finished, with early play live on the red button.

Sunday’s final round starts at 8am and runs through until long after the final putt is holed, with additional analysis available in ‘The Open Verdict’ show after each day’s play.

The BBC will broadcast highlights every night on BBC Two from 8.00pm.
