It will be the seventh round of the 2024 Formula One World Championship and the fourth running of the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix.
It will also be the first edition of the event since 2022 after the 2023 Grand Prix was called off due to flooding in the region.
Going into the weekend, Max Verstappen leads the Drivers’ Championship with 136 points, 33 points ahead of his teammate Sergio Perez in second, and 38 ahead of Charles Leclerc in third.
Red Bull Racing, with 239 points, leads the Constructors’ Championship from Ferrari and McLaren, who are second and third with 187 and 124 points, respectively.
All five sessions – practices, qualifying and the race – will be shown live on Sky Sports F1, while Channel 4 airs highlights of quali and the race.
Qualifying starts at 3.00pm, while the race gets underway at 2.00pm.
