Phil Edwards is a news correspondent for Sky News

Prior to this, Edwards worked as a reporter for Sky Sports News HQ covering rugby related stories.

Phil covered England’s triumph at the Rugby World Cup in 2003, and broadcast live from Spain when three Leicester players were held in jail following incidents at La Manga resort.

He was the first journalist Sir Clive Woodward informed of his resignation at Twickenham.
