GB News presenter Anne Diamond has announced she is battling breast cancer.
Anne – who was awarded an OBE on the day she found out she had cancer – last appeared on GB News on 1st January 2023.
In an interview with Dan Wootton tonight, Anne said she had a Mastectomy which took over 9 hours in surgery, and later had lymph node removed.
Diamond added that she has “no advice to give” to fellow cancer sufferers as she is still learning every day.
“I’ve also had a lot of radiotherapy, which I found very hard. It has been a journey.
“I am not pretending for a minute I am extraordinary because I am fully aware that a quarter of women in this country are going through what I’ve just gone through and I don’t have any advice to give, I just have empathy.”
Anne will return to GB News Breakfast this Saturday.
