Christa Ackroyd co-presents the Yorkshire and North Midlands version of Look North each weekday evening with Harry Gration.

Before joining Look North, Christa worked as a presenter for Yorkshire Television where she spent over a decade presenting the late Calendar bulletin.

Born and educated in Bradford, Christa is a Yorkshire lass through and through.
