SBS World News Australia is a television news service produced by the Special Broadcasting Service, Australia's 'second', multicultural, public broadcaster, from studios and offices in Sydney, Parliament House in Canberra, and Melbourne.

Unlike other news services it places a heavy emphasis on international news and current affairs through the use of its own reporters, and those of the BBC, ABC America, and others. Two bulletins - at 6.30pm, and a late edition weeknights at 9.30pm, are shown.
